EMSODUR AG has increased its EMSODUR product range of ultra fine nylon deflashing media
Thanks to newly developed technologies Emsodur has succeeded in manufacturing ultra fine and dimensionally exact deflashing media. This nylon deflashing media is of cylindrical shape and is offered in the sizes of 0.20mm and 0.30mm. This Polyamide based deflashing media is especially suited for deflashing, blasting and surface treatment of small and delicate parts. These parts can be made of thermoset, thermoplastics or metal. In order to guarantee a free flowing process in the blasting machine the product has been treated with an anti-static solution.
