Infill of bored pile wall Liechtensteiner Rotkreuz/FL

Projects

Description

The excavation pit shoring by means of a broken up bored pile wall and shotcrete infill for the new building of the Liechtenstein Red Cross and the Vaduz building administration. The originally planned reinforcement for the infill was a B257 steel mesh (2.57 cm²/m) on the air side, which could be completely replaced by the use of macrofiber reinforced shotcrete.

Advantages of Concrix ES solution:

  • Time saving and therefore cost reduction

  • No cumbersome assembly of reinforcement mesh, lower logistics
    logistics costs,

  • Less concrete consumption, as no covering of the steel
    steel reinforcement is not required

  • Improved CO₂ footprint, as no steel reinforcement is required
    and less concrete
